ISR Parent Resources
Current ISR parents can download and print quick sheets from this page, review lesson polices and protocols, find digital release waivers, and access water safety tips.
The ISR Lesson Quick Sheet contains helpful reminders and guidelines for new or seasoned ISR parents. This sheet contains information on how to be prepared and what to bring to lessons each day, what to expect, and how to show support for your child during and after each lesson. This sheet also includes a list of foods to avoid and eating guidelines.
Lesson Policies & Protocols outline ISR’s safety protocols such as dietary restrictions, Daily BUDS sheets, and the three-towel rule. In addition, there are policies for payments, time & attendance, and cancellations. Whether you are a seasoned ISR Parent or this is your first time, please read over these protocols in their entirety.
From time-to-time I will take pictures and videos of your little one. Sometimes this will be so I can review the student’s lesson. I love to post cute photos and amazing videos of my little students on my company Facebook page. If you would like me to include photos or videos of your child, a digital release signed by a parent is required.
Even if your child has had swimming lessons, no child is drown-proof and there is absolutely no substitute for adult supervision. Drowning is the leading cause of accidental death for children between the ages of one and four. At ISR, we believe in layers of protection because we know that sometimes supervision fails. Download this comprehensive Aquatic Safety List to keep your family safe around pools, beaches, spas, bathtubs, and lakes.
