The information will be kept confidential and only reviewed by Infant Swimming Resource staff and the ISR Instructor. The data collected by ISR is kept private and secure in accordance with HIPAA laws. We use secure sites and forms to collect all data, as well as secure servers to store the data. ISR will never distribute or give out any personal or medical information. At no time is ISR allowed to share that medical information with a third party, which is in accordance with HIPAA laws.
